T-Mobile Cuts Handset Prices, No MIR Needed

T-Mobile’s raw nerve seems to have become a bit raw and oddly irritated causing the company to make some weird decisions, then taking them back. It’s like T-Mobile walking down the aisle with phone plans and contracts. And apparently this hasn’t been an easy decision on t-mobile having ditched the up-grade fee only to bring it back again, it’s like Ross and Rachel over there. Then t-mobile went gaga over package plans and smartphone purchases just had to have one. It’s not spring anymore, but T-Mobile is still full of butterflies or something making them nutty because just recently it has ‘cut’ the prices on a number of handsets and to top it off , they have eliminated the mail-in rebate formula where you have to mail in your proof of purchase. Maybe Tmo realized that for a large number of us crazed avid cell phone users, if it’s not electronic, it’s not mail anyway. New price listings for the various sets are below:
Blackberry Curve 8900 — $149.99
Sidekick LX 09 — $199.99 ($249.99 new customers)
T-Mobile Dash — $49.99
Blackberry Curve 8320 — $74.99
Sidekick 2008 — $99.99
