e72 Nokia E72 And 5530 XpressMusic Official

Better official than unofficial huh Nokia? Not long after being filmed and leaked on YouTube, Nokia has made official announcements for two of its handsets one being the E72and the other is 5530 XpressMusic at Connection 2009 Singapore. As stated before, the E72 is indeed the next in line to the E71. It has 10.2 Mbps streaming subject of course to network support, an integrated compass, S60 3rd Edition and FP2 with a 5 Megapixel camera to boot. The XpressMusic installment, the 5530, although not as shiny as the E72 is nevertheless an EDGE phone device with 3.2 megapixel camera and 640 x 360 touchscreen. It has Wi-Fi but lacks 3G so we’re like Nokia who have you been dating? I mean you give us 10. Mbps but no 3G? What’s up with that? The E72 and 5530 XpressMusic should be out in the third quarter for about $489 and $278, respectively.

e71i Nokia Gets Ready To Dress E71 With FP2 And 5 MP Camera, Hello E71i

Now for those E71 owners who have been suffering from E71x envy, there seems to be news to gloat over in your own right. According to the ever vigilant Russian blogger, Eldar Murtazin, Nokia is getting ready to release another new version of the device that will not only carry FP2 along with it, but a 5 megapixel camera and new color options as well. Alright, so the E71 3.2 megapixel camera sucks when compared to other shooters of the same caliber, but why on earth would we object to improvements of any kind? This will all become true in the form of an E71i, which can be yours if you be good and wait patiently till September or October. Unless of course you prefer to sign 2 years of your life away for an awesome looking E71x that will run you a mere penny.

Nokia E71 in new colors

e71red 300x146 Nokia E71 in new colors

If didn’t like the white steel and grey editions of the Nokia E71 from AT&T then we have good news. Seen on the Nokia website for Europe is the N71 in two, count ‘em, two new colors! Black and Red. The purchase options don’t yet include these new colors but I guess they are waiting for stock to arrive. Well there is dangling candy in front of a kid for you. The red set is not all red but is accentuated with silver and looks like cupid will be buying! It’s his color and Valentine’s Day is near. As purchase options are not yet available for the new sets there is no way to tell if Nokia will charge a premium for the new schemes. Of course since many are awaiting the arrival of the E71x from AT&T one may as wonder why go for the older version just because it’s in a new color. Perhaps that’s why it’s only up and about in Europe and not in the North American region. But I guess it depends on you either being loyal to you model or a collector of them.

nokia e63 2 300x273 Nokia To Bring E63 A New Messaging Phone to Business Users

Nokia has announced today, the release of a brand new QWERTY messaging phone for the business class. The E63 is full fledged messaging smartphone that is taking its cue from the flagship messaging device E71.

The E63 brings the QWERTY keyboard form factor to a gibber audience at an amazing price tag. The signature E series theme has been to give business users the luxury to access corporate emails, appointments and manage their business network while on the move. The E63 keeps this functionality firmly in place while adding the feature of seamlessly moving to their personal files, pictures, shortcuts to favorite hobby blogs, websites and emails.  The transition takes place with the press of a single key and is both efficient as well as time saving. There’s a nice 2 megapixel camera that captures nice mages as well as records video. The camera has been equipped with an LED flash, image sensor, digital zoom, White Balance, and self-timer. The video recording is at a 320 x 240 pixel resolution and takes in 15 frames per second.  The phone is also equipped with some really great multimedia features such as video play back, MP3 and FM radio. You can also download music from the Nokia Music Store, plug in the 3.5mm audio and listen to your favorite songs.

The Nokia E63 also includes Files on Ovi, a service where people can get remote access to their PC files even when their computer is offline. Anyone buying the handset will have access to 1GB of online file storage for free.

It’s expected that Nokia will begin shipping the E63 in a few weeks time and the price will be a nice EUR 199 or $250 before taxes and subsidies. When the phone will reach the United States is not yet known. It will be available in two colors; Ruby Red and Ultramarine Blue.
