Samsung Glyde 2 Gets Pictured On Its Way To Verizon Wireless
In the event that the BlackBerry Tour isn’t getting you as high as you’d like, Verizon seems to be getting ready to bring another adrenaline powered beauty your way; Samsung Glyde 2. According to a post on Howard Forums by member StandardsDT, who apparently took some sneak shots of the unannounced Samsung Glyde 2 at a friend’s place. Of course the friend won’t be inviting him over for a while, but hey, we’re all up in the air to have a new handset to ogle at. Now specs aren’t clear yet, but it defiantly has a big bright touchscreen, looks like AMOLED. Then there’s the side sliding four-row QWERTY and the familiar TouchWiz UI. StandardsDT also thinks that the handset has an on-screen QWERTY keyboard and an accelerometer for orientation awareness as well, though it doesn’t work in all areas of the UI. Now let’s hope we can get word on the pricing, detailed specs and of course launch date soon. Enjoy the imagery till then.
